• Scheduling

All service appointments are scheduled in advance. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled time window, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, emergency calls, or job complexity may affect timing. Any delays or changes will be communicated promptly.

• Emergency & Priority Services

Emergency service calls may take scheduling priority. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment is affected.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to the full service rate. This policy allows us to properly allocate time and serve all customers efficiently.

• Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all work areas, including plumbing fixtures, water shut-off valves, and crawl spaces if applicable. Pets should be secured prior to our arrival.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major forms of payment for your convenience.

• Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. All estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work, required materials, and any unforeseen issues discovered during service.

Permits & Code Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with local codes and regulations. When required, permits will be obtained and may be included in the final cost.

• Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

• Damages & Liability

We take great care while working in your home or business. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty plumbing systems, or hidden issues such as deteriorated pipes, improper prior installations, or inaccessible areas. Any concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Recurring Services & Maintenance Plans

For customers enrolled in recurring maintenance or service plans, services will continue on the agreed schedule unless canceled with proper notice in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• Safety

For the safety of our technicians and your household, please keep children and pets away from work areas during service. Our company is fully insured for your protection.
